Hearing Stream 2

Hearing Stream 2 took place on 30 March 2022 in the Council Chambers, 28-32 Ruataniwha Street, Waipawa. 

This Hearing Stream covered: Urban Environment, Sustainability, and General District Wide Matters which includes Urban Form & Development, General Residential Zone, Commercial Zone, General Industrial Zone, Settlement Zone, Subdivision - Urban, Sustainable Subdivision & Building, Light, Noise, Signs, and Temporary Activities.

• 23 February - Submitter Notification
• 2 March - s42A Officers' reports published
• 8 March - Submitters wishing to be heard need to advise the Administrator before 4pm on this date at districtplan@chbdc.govt.nz
• 17 March - Submitters wishing to submit expert evidence must do so before 1pm on this date
• 25 March - Submitters wishing to submit a legal submission must do so before 4pm this date
• 30 March - Hearing Stream 2: Urban Environment, Sustainability, and General District Wide Matters will commence in the Council Chambers, 28-32 Ruataniwha Street, Waipawa
