Making payment

A deposit IS required when a building consent is lodged.

An invoice is generated and sent to you for payment when the building consent has been approved after processing.  The invoice will include all fees, levies and estimated inspections.  When payment has been received the building consent is granted and issued.

Fees for building services can be paid in person at our customer service centre, or online through internet banking, debit cards or credit cards.
