Hearings Panel Directives

The Hearings Panel released their first Minute on 13 August 2021 which set out the Members of the Panel and the procedure around the receipt of late submissions.

The Hearings Panel issued Minute 05 regarding hearings procedures on 3 March 2022. The purpose of the procedures is to facilitate a smooth and effective hearings process for all parties, and they clearly set out the actions required by submitters in preparation for the hearings.
