If you want to put up fairground equipment you will first need to get a permit to occupy the site. The equipment will need to be constructed and operated in such a way as to be safe to users.

A permit for each device will be required. A fee will apply and the application must be accompanied by the current certificate of registration issued by the Department of Labour.

Environmental Health Officers will need to inspect certificate and the site, with construction completed, to ensure safety standards are met before you may operate. Please contact Customer Service for further information.
