What is the most exciting aspect of working on the Porangahau and Wimbledon Rd Upgrade Project?

Creating a more resilient road for all commuters, specifically for the residents of Central Hawke's Bay.

What is one thing about working on roading projects that people might not know?

When the work is tendered, one of our big agendas is to help create additional jobs for locals. These new employees are also put through training courses to help develop further skills.

What is something about your job or roading projects that you wish people knew?

Obeying the temporary traffic management could potentially save a workers life - speed restrictions and traffic management plans have been designed to keep workers safe.

What’s your go-to productivity trick?

Creating a to-do list.

If you could automate one part of your job, what would it be?

Reporting.
