Public Notice - Intention to Grant Licence to Occupy - Part of Russell Park

Russell Park Licence

Pursuant to Section 54 of the Reserves Act 1977, the Central Hawke’s Bay District Council proposes to grant a Licence to Occupy to an operator for the purpose of operating a coffee cart in Russell Park.
The Licence to Occupy will be for a period of up to five years and will exclude the area within the Russell Park Multisport Turf and the area immediately to the west of the Waipukurau Memorial Hall.
In the event that Council receives no sustained objections to the intention to grant the Licence to Occupy, Council will publicly seek public expressions of interest from operators for the Coffee Cart operation.
