Public Notice - Intention to Grant Lease - Part of Otane Old School Reserve

Otane Arts and Crafts Corner

Pursuant to Section 54 of the Reserves Act 1977, the Central Hawke’s Bay District Council proposes to grant a ground lease to the Otane Arts and Crafts Society for the purpose of operating the Otane Arts and Crafts Society from the Otane Old School, on Recreation Reserve located on the Corner of White Road and Higginson Street, Otane.

The proposed lease will be for a maximum term of 20 years and is for an area of ground approximately 370m2.
