Notice is given in accordance with Section 46 of the Local Government Official Information and Meetings Act 1987, that the following meetings are scheduled for the month of OCTOBER 2018:


THURSDAY 4 OCTOBER

Extraordinary Council Meeting: Commencing at 9am
Verbal submissions to the Representation Review will be heard.

Extraordinary Risk and Audit Committee Meeting: Commencing at conclusion of the Extraordinary Council Meeting.

 

THURSDAY 18 OCTOBER

Public Forum: Commencing at 9.00am

Extraordinary Council Meeting: Commencing at the conclusion of the Public Forum

Finance and Planning Committee Meeting: Commencing at the conclusion of the Extraordinary Council Meeting

Risk and Audit Committee Meeting: Commencing at the conclusion of the Finance and Planning Committee Meeting

Community Development Committee Meeting: Commencing at the conclusion of the Risk and Audit Committee Meeting

Unless otherwise stated the meetings will be held in the Council Chamber, Ruataniwha Street, Waipawa.
