The graduation is hosted by Central Hawke’s Bay Mayor Alex Walker and sees the Mayor's Taskforce for Jobs partner with Waipukurau Rotary Club to celebrate success. 

This is an opportunity to celebrate the fantastic achievements over the last 12 months of our local on the job trainees here in Central Hawke’s BayThe graduation acknowledges and honours the hard work and achievement of our local trainees in completing their training in Level 2 or above qualifications. While also celebrating our Rotary Young Employee of the Year 2023 and inaugural Youth Friendly Employer Award. 

“I’d like to personally congratulate every single one of the Graduates, who have worked so hard to upskill by continuing their education in Central Hawke’s Bay,” Mayor Alex Walker.
