Parks Week is about hundreds of organisations across Australia and New Zealand holding events to celebrate the vital role parks play in creating liveable cities and thriving communities. Parks Week 2021 focused on the how spending time in our parks and open spaces positively influences our wellbeing. 

Get out and explore parks and open spaces on your own.

Charlie Chaplin's 'The Kid' supported by David Selfe (The Old Dairy Factory) on piano and Jeremy Fitzsimons (Orchestra Wellington) on percussion.

100 years have passed since this iconic movie was made silently. To celebrate this movie, which ideals are still relevant today, a new musical score has been commissioned and written for this live performance.

Bring a blanket or chair and enjoy the show.
