Do you employ Central Hawke’s Bays’ Young Employee of the Year?

Rotary Club of Waipukurau are seeking nominations from Central Hawke’s Bay employers to nominate their best and brightest employee for the Rotary Young Employee of the Year award. This award aims to recognise excellence, effort, dedication and making a difference within their place of work. Nominations will be accepted for employees 35 years old and younger. 

This year's overall winner will receive a $2000 prize package which includes a R.Y.L.A leadership coursewith 2 highly Commended gettinga $1000 prize package which also includes a R.Y.L.A leadership course. 

R.Y.L.A is Rotary Youth Leadership Awards 6 Day live-in program at Lake Karapiro. The aim is to grow emerging leaders by providing an intensive leadership development programme.Participants take part in a range of experiences to develop both self-leadership and leadership of others. 

Last year's Young Employee of the Year, Morgan Dysart (Pleroma Christian Supplies) says, Winning this award showed me that maybe it was time to keep pushing myself and put the skills I'd learnt to better use.I will forever be grateful to those that saw something special in me!"
