Long Term Plan 2021-2031

Long Term Plan 2021-2031:

Central Hawke’s Bay Council adopted its Long Term Plan for 2021-2031 on June 17, 2021 at an extraordinary Council meeting, with changes coming into effect from July 1, 2021.

The LTP Consultation process outlined four key challenges we face for our future, in the next 10 years and beyond; Planning our wastewater; Funding the replacement of assets; Creating a Waste Free CHB, and Paying for Growth. As a community we couldn’t move forward without addressing these big hurdles

Following Consultation with the community, Council has made some bold decisions to deliver a Long Term Plan that will see Central Hawke’s Bay thrive, not just today, but well into the future.
