Three Waters Bylaws Review 2021

The CHBDC Bylaws series covers various matters under local authority jurisdiction. Local authorities are empowered under a variety of Acts including the Local Government Act 2002 to make Bylaws.

Three Waters Bylaw Review 2021: 

The Central Hawke's Bay District Council in accordance with Section 148(a) of the Local Government Act 2002 intends to review and replace the following bylaws:

The Council will consider any representation received the draft Water Supply, Stormwater and Wastewater Bylaws by 31 March 2021, and any representation received on the draft Trade Waste bylaw by 12 April 2021.
