A suitably qualified person should use the Onsite Wastewater Disposal Check Sheet available here to assess what type of system may suit your needs best.In some areas of Central Hawkes Bay, reticulated waste water treatment is not available and you will be required to have a system designed to dispose of your waste water and sewerage on site. A suitably qualified person should use the Onsite Wastewater Disposal Check Sheet available here to assess what type of system may suit your needs best. There are certain rules in place in our district plan for these systems, and some also require approval of Hawkes Bay Regional Council. For further advice please contact planning and building control directly.
