Low-income earners can apply for a rebate on rates by completing an application form available from our office. A new application needs to be submitted each financial year if you wish to apply again, our financial year is from 1st July - 30th June. Applicants will only be notified if unsuccessful. If successful, the rebate is automatically credited to your rates account. If you are uncertain as to whether you are eligible for the rates rebate, please contact Karen from the Rates Department on 06 857 7738.
