Q. How do I apply for the Rates Rebate?

Low-income earners can apply for a rebate on rates by completing an application form available from our office. A new application needs to be submitted each financial year if you wish to apply again, our financial year is from 1st July - 30th June. Applicants will only be notified if unsuccessful. If successful, the rebate is automatically credited to your rates account.
