The Creative Communities Scheme (CCS) aims to increase participation in the arts at a local level and increase the range and diversity of arts available to communities.

CCS funding is available for community-based arts activities. You can get application forms and more information by contacting the Creative Communities Scheme Administrator Heather Kitson at the Central Hawke's Bay District Council on 06 857 8060.
