Prior to lodging your BUILDING and/or PLANNING consent you are required to make a pre check appointment with a Building Inspector &/or planner. Please call +06 857 7731 to book yours today.

A Building Consent application pack is available from the Council offices or you can choose to go to the specific consent page you require below. However before submitting your consents PLEASE use the Central Hawke's Bay Council Consents Checklist to ensure you have fulfilled your owner responsibilities under the Building Act 2004
