You will need to complete an Application for Right of Burial Form

Ashes Burial

Ashes berms are available for the placement of ashes in a CHB cemetery.  Please either e-mail Miriam Squire or phone on +64 6 857 8060.

You will need to complete an Application for Burial Warrant for Ashes.
